General conditions
- Rates are per person per day with half board.
- The Bed & Breakfast rate incl. overnight stay and breakfast.
- The booking is valid only after our confirmation and your deposit.
- In case of cancellation the deposit is not refunded.
- In case of delayed arrivals or early departures, the entire reservation fee is charged.
- In the event of non-arrival, 50% of the agreed rate will be charged.

Surcharges
- Surcharge single room € 7,00 a day
- Double room for single use supplement 50% of the daily rate
- Pets allowed daily supplement € 10.-
Our winter reductions for kids
- Discounts for children in the same room with parents:
from age 0 to 6 not completed 70%,
from age 6 to 12 not completed 40%. - Additional bed for children over age 12 of 10% discount.
