General conditions

• Rates are per person per day with half board.
• The Bed & Breakfast rate incl. overnight stay and breakfast.
• The booking is valid only after our confirmation and your deposit.
• In case of cancellation the deposit is not refunded.
• In case of delayed arrivals or early departures, the entire reservation fee is charged.
• In the event of non-arrival, 50% of the agreed rate will be charged.

• The service is free for our guests!

Surcharges

• Surcharge single room €  7,00 a day
• Double room for single use supplement 50% of the daily rate
• Pets allowed daily supplement € 12.-

Our winter reductions for kids

• Discounts for children in the same room with parents:
  
  from age 0 to 6 not completed 70%,
  from age 6 to 12 not completed 40%.
• Additional bed for children over age 12 of 10% discount.

Deposit

• Deposit required: € 500.-
